In the event you forgot your password or someone has left the company and you need to gain access to your company’s Issuu account, please follow these simple instructions to request a new password.

• Click “I don’t remember my password” below the “Sign in” button at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your email or username.
• Check your email. After you enter your email or username, an email will be sent to your associated email address. Click “Set a new password”, and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password.

Email: Make sure the email you enter is the email you used to create the account. If any other email is used, an email will not be sent and you will be unable to reset the password.

User Name: If you can’t remember your email, you can also enter your Issuu username. If you can’t remember your username, you can find it in the URL of any of your publications on Issuu.

• From your Publisher Homepage, click “Upload” button from Side Navigation Menu.
• Click “Select File To Upload” or simply drag your file into the box.
• Once you’ve selected a file, it will go through different steps of the conversion process. When your file is fully converted you can see how your content will appear in the Issuu reader.

• Click “Publications” from Side Navigation Menu
• Find the content you want to delete and click the “Delete” button
• A dialog box will pop-up and you will be asked to confirm the document deletion. You will have to select “Delete” to remove the document from your Issuu account.

NOTE: Once the content has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. You can upload the same document again, but it will not carry the statistics of the previously uploaded version.
