How to Train Chat GPT on Your Business

hi Jason here and in this video I'm
going to show you something very cool
with chats GPT that you can use to train
it on your existing business as it
stands right now you may not be aware
but the data that chat GPT is using to
give you all of these answers has been
collected and at the time of doing this
video I believe it is Data up to June 21
so that means anything after that it's
not going to know about and that may
include your business you may not have
started your business until like 2022
you might just be starting a brand new
business and you want to use chat GPT to
actually help you create things like
sales copy social media post lead
magnets all of those amazing things that
it can do for you so how do you get chat
GPT trained up on your business right
now well let me show you the way that I
figured out that you can do it so the
first thing we want to do is to really
tell chat GPT all about your business
and the quickest way of doing that if
you have an existing website or a
landing page funnel whatever then you
need to just get all of the text out of
there and put it into chat GPT so it can
learn about your business this is what
it's been doing you know on mass for a
long time it's been you know trained up
on the hundreds of gigabytes of Text
data so all we're going to do is add
some new Text data in that's all about
your business and specific to you so
without further Ado then here we go this
is what I am going to say to it and I'm
gonna just paste in this First Command
right here
um that I'm just gonna say can I tell
you about my business so that you can
use this information to create sales
copy and social media posts and there it
is as uh as it always is the best
employee in the world it's now saying
you know I'd be happy to help you create
sales copy and social media posts for
your business
um and then it's asking really to know
more about the target audience and the
business well I don't want to go through
my website now and kind of copy each
section and then paste it all in so I'm
just going to do it in one big go and as
a real quick and easy way to do that
we're going to go to this free website
right here which is called uh to the
web.com and then you can enter in the
URL of your page just here and it will
just grab all of the text out for you so
it's really quick and easy way to do it
so I'm just going to type in here I'm
just going to go with uh fast funnels
let me just go here fast funnels.com
that's my funnel building platform
and I'm just going to click convert to
text better pick um the I'm not a robot
button convert to text and now it's
going to just go through and grab all of
the text there all beautifully done in
order and you can see this is the live
page right here so if I was to try and
copy this I'd be sort of doing this bit
and then moving down the page and then
doing this next bit and so on it would
be pretty laborious and a real pain so
this Tool's perfect for getting it right
now I'm going to uh copy it which I've
done just there and then I can put it
into something like Google Docs and just
trim out any bits and pieces that I
don't want or even just do it straight
in chat GPT so if I'm going to paste
this content in now like I don't want
this bottom part here where it says view
details you know that's that's obviously
not really adding anything at all to
help it create copy so I'm just removing
all these little weird sort of bits and
Bobs like the copyright and stuff I'm
just going to go to the top up I don't
think it needs the navigation
particularly either so I'm just going to
scrape out that there we go get rid of
the the login and you can do this for
your site your business and I think
you'll find that it is pretty awesome
what we can do so that's it I'm happy
with that text now
and I'm just going to submit that to
chat GPT to effectively study so it's
studying the content and now what it's
doing is replying back to me and
demonstrating that it does understand
what we've given it and it says here you
know it sounds like you have a platform
that allows users to build and customize
their own website sales funnels and
online stores as well as sell
memberships and online courses and then
it goes on to say you've mentioned that
your platform is easy to use with a drag
and drop editor and all of this stuff so
it's great it's already kind of
demonstrated that uh you know it's
perfect and it understands what it's
supposed to do so now what I can get it
to do is pretty much anything that I
want relating to my business so I'm just
going to take uh this bit of text that
I've got here ready to go and then I'm
just going to say please write in
British English five social media posts
with emojis that promote different
features and benefits of using fast
funnels with a call to action to take a
free 14-day trial and we'll just submit
that now and then see what it comes up
with from just that content that I've
given it
and there we are you know the first ones
coming through want to build a stunning
website that generates leads and sales
without becoming a tech Guru fast

do all of these for the social media
posts now if you're starting a new
business
just think how quickly that you you know
once you've got your main website done
or your main landing page funnel

content if it was uh your business was
created before 2021 and there's loads of
information already out there that this
has got then that's going to be fine you
don't need to worry too much but as we
all know you know businesses evolve you
might add new products and features to
your business new services and you want
the absolute bang up-to-date most
current version of your business into
chat gpt's mind so this is how we do it
now I've got these five posts here that
it's done for me which is brilliant so
the first one here you know for a
Facebook post or something maybe that's
a little short so what I can do is say
um can you expand on number one and
include some hash tags
and there we go let's just correct the
spelling there we go and let's see what
it can do so there you go it's having a
little think about it and it has done it
now so ready to boost your online
presence and grow your business fast

it's just going to give you a longer
version of that because sometimes you
know when it's giving you five or six
ten versions which it can by the way
keep going and going it may sort of not
give you as big a post as if you'd have
done this so there you are this is
perfect here comes the hashtags

marketing I mean these These are
fantastic coming up with all of this out
of your own mind is draining and you
know it takes up valuable time so by
using chat gbt to create your social
media posts like this from current
information about your business is
hopefully going to be super super useful
for you other things that you can get it
to do you know you obviously you can get
it to create things like tweets too so
or also also another good one what if
you've got this post here right now and
you're thinking okay that's good that's
the text part but what do I do about an
image ask it ask it so here's what we'll
do we will literally say
um could you suggest an image that would
work well with that post
and here it is sure here are a few ideas
for images that could work well with the
social media posts and then it says uh
here we go oh it's just trying to power
off my monitor I don't know if you guys
can see that or not but there it is a

very good a photo of an entrepreneur
working on their laptop with a
determined look on their face a good
graphic with the text level up your
online presence or a similar phrase with
an arrow pointing upwards you know
really amazing ideas and then I can go
and search something like deposit photos
or pixels or good old canva if you're
using canva go and find an image like
that by using some of these Search terms
and then you can add that to your post
and then create it and off you go and
then what I like to do is to take this
content put it into a social media
posting platform I'm using socialmoniels
at the moment it's really good another
deal on appsumo and I just set it up to
repeat post that every 45 50 days and
then you just get new content coming out
all the time and then it just repeats
after that amount of days and you just
create this Beast of an engine that is
generating traffic and sending people to
your offers landing pages funnels and
all of that stuff so I'm hoping you
