Facebook Integration Demo: How It Works

all right so now I will be showing you
how the live agent and Facebook
integration works in real time so I'm
here on the live agent Facebook page and
I'll just be choosing a post on which to
comment with my test account and I can
just make the comment right now I can
say great article smiley face and send
that and if I go over to my live agent
dashboard I can just hit refresh and it
should pop up in a second and as you can
see it's right there I can click on it
and the whole post is right over here
you can read it you can view it and then
you can also see my test account comment
and I can like that and hit reply and as
you can see on the left hand side the
notification already blocked up so I can
just say thanks Sonia send that out and
switch back over to my Facebook and as
you can see both the comments and the
notification popped up so I'm just going
to show you in my facebook notifications
again I'm just going to click it and so
you can see it you can see both the
comments and the like at the same time
and so there it is after they refresh so
this is the comment that I made and I
liked it with live agent and I also
replied through live agent and now we
can show how to send a message and show
you how it works with Facebook Messenger
so as you can see I already communicated
with live agent before it was because I
was making in the first video but this
part to record so I'm just writing a
message again I'm saying hey I'm testing
again hoping it's a nice day at the
office for you all the last screen share
did not film this typing for some reason
so I'm gonna send that out and I'm going
to go back into my live each inch
dashboard and I'm going to hit refresh
and should pop up right away and they're
artists and as you can see my previous
communication is right there because of
the hybrid tickets dream within live
agent and here is the message that I
just sent and I can respond right away
and good and I answer in real time so I
can say no worries Tanja
I again and hit send and I'm going to
resolve that tickets so nobody worries
about it from our support agents and I'm
going to go ahead and resolve the other
ticket as well just so nobody worries
about it and now I can go back to my
facebook chat and as you can see it's
right there it pops up immediately so
now I can send a gift back or a photo
anything I like I'm just gonna send a
gif and refresh and it's going to pop up
in my dashboard right away so as you can
see there it is and that's what that's
how our Facebook integration works with
